This is not a commercial tour open to general booking, it is a structured academic program with a defined application and selection process.
Your university or institution reviews the program and nominates eligible candidates with current enrollment or professional affiliation.
Each candidate submits a statement of purpose, a current CV, and one letter of recommendation.
The Hindamooz academic team reviews all applications. Results are communicated within three working days of the deadline.
Selected participants receive a formal Letter of Acceptance. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the program deposit.
Four weeks before arrival, confirmed participants receive an orientation pack with reading list, schedule, and visa guidance.
Graduate and advanced undergraduate students with current enrollment at a recognized university, in a field relevant to the program track.
Academic staff and researchers seeking structured international engagement and documented academic exchange with Indian institutions.
Working professionals with demonstrated affiliation in a relevant field, technology, film, design, wellness, or related disciplines.

Passport details are not required at the application stage. They are requested only after selection, as part of final enrollment and visa processing.
