What Is This Program

Not a tech conference. An ecosystem immersion.

India is now the world's third-largest startup ecosystem. It has produced more billion-dollar companies in the past decade than almost any other nation. Its digital public infrastructure, including the Unified Payments Interface, Aadhaar, and ONDC, is studied by governments worldwide as a model for large-scale digital transformation.

The India Technology & Innovation Immersion is an 11-day residential academic program designed for international students and young professionals in computer science, engineering, business, data science, and entrepreneurship. It provides structured access to India's technology ecosystem, not through lectures about it, but through direct engagement with the institutions, companies, and founders building it.

This is not a study tour with company visits attached. It is a purposefully designed academic program: daily workshops with technologists and researchers, structured visits to active startup incubators and corporate R&D centres, and formal sessions on India's technology economy as a model for emerging markets.

Participation is by application only. Each cohort is limited to 20 participants, selected through a review of academic background and statement of purpose.

Why India for Technology

The digital transformation you cannot understand from a distance.

Scale & Speed

With over 100 unicorn companies, a startup founded every hour, and a digital payments system processing more transactions monthly than the US and Europe combined, India is the most dynamic technology environment accessible to international students today.

Public Innovation

The Unified Payments Interface processes over 10 billion transactions per month. Aadhaar covers 1.3 billion people. These government-built public platforms have transformed how a nation interacts with finance, healthcare, and government.

Entrepreneurial Access

India's startup founders are unusually accessible. Through Hindamooz's institutional relationships, participants meet working founders, venture partners, and corporate innovation leads in structured settings that would take months to arrange independently.

Program Structure

Eleven days. Four cities. One ecosystem, seen from the inside.

The program moves from India's capital and policy environment through its two primary technology hubs, closing with a cultural evening in Agra. The academic load is heaviest in Bangalore, where four nights allow depth rather than coverage.
